ANA has 3 major business domains: the Operations, Business and Corporate functions.
Operations is involved in aircraft operation and ground support in which six divisions, or “Centers” (Operation Management, Operation Support, Airport, Flight Operation, Cabin, and Maintenance), work together to achieve our high standards of Safety, On-Time Operations and Comfort.
Our Business domain is engaged in the revenue generation aspects of the airline business and employs passenger and cargo logistical staff eager to realize high customer satisfaction and profitability.
The Corporate domain is involved in the management functions of ANA as an enterprise.
High-level cooperation between our business domains and among our diverse workforce is the driving force and key value creator in ANA’s operations and service.

Minimum Requirements
■ University or Graduate School Graduate
■ At least 5 years of experience working in a corporate environment
Desired Skills
■ Fluent Japanese Speaker (N1 Level)
Other languages in addition to Japanese very desirable
■ Project Leader or Management Experience
■ A person with a high interest in the airline business, a customer-oriented mindset and who loves taking on new challenges
■ Long-term career oriented and interested in building strong relationships with team members across the global organization and ANA Group companies.
Commensurate with experience, and in accordance with company rules and regulations
